Grievance Redressal Cell

The college has a Grievance Redressal cell to redress the grievance of its stakeholders. The students approach the cell to voice their grievances and put the email note in the grievance email ``svmamcgrievanceredressalcell@gmail.com ``. The cell redresses the email grievances by sorting out the problems promptly and judiciously.

  • Developing a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere
  • Encouraging the students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being

The grievance redressal cell plays vital role in addressing and resolving problems within an organization. It is responsible for listening to students’ concerns investigating the issues and identifying appropriate solutions.

Functions:

  • The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of  grievances from the students and
  • The cell formally will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the management
  • The grievance cell will act upon those cases which have been forwarded along with the necessary
