Grievance Redressal Cell

The college has a Grievance Redressal cell to redress the grievance of its stakeholders. The students approach the cell to voice their grievances and put the email note in the grievance email ``svmamcgrievanceredressalcell@gmail.com ``. The cell redresses the email grievances by sorting out the problems promptly and judiciously.

  • Developing a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere
  • Encouraging the students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being

The grievance redressal cell plays a vital role in addressing and resolving problems within an organization. It is responsible for listening to students’ concerns investigating the issues and identifying appropriate solutions.

Functions:

  • The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of  grievances from the students and
  • The cell formally will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the management
  • The grievance cell will act upon those cases which have been forwarded along with the necessary
